Program Overview The TickTalk Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commission by referring customers to myticktalk.com. By joining, you agree to these terms.

Commission Structure Affiliates earn 10% commission on every completed sale generated through their unique tracking link. Commissions are tracked via Refersion and paid out monthly.

Eligibility Affiliates must be 18 or older, have an active social media presence or website, and create family-friendly content aligned with TickTalk's brand values.

Payments Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal or bank transfer for all confirmed sales from the prior month. Minimum payout threshold is $25. Commissions are voided on returned or refunded orders.

Prohibited Activities Affiliates may not bid on TickTalk branded keywords in paid search, misrepresent the product, use misleading claims, spam, or engage in cookie stuffing or fraudulent activity. Violation results in immediate removal and forfeiture of commissions.

FTC Disclosure Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in all content using #ad, #affiliate or "paid partnership" in accordance with FTC guidelines.

Termination TickTalk reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms.

Data We Collect When you join the TickTalk Affiliate Program, we collect your name, email address, payment information, and performance data including clicks, conversions, and sales generated through your affiliate link.

How We Use Your Data Your data is used solely to operate the affiliate program — tracking performance, calculating commissions, processing payments, and communicating program updates.

Third Party Tools We use Refersion to manage affiliate tracking and analytics. Your data may be processed by Refersion in accordance with their privacy policy. We also use Google Analytics to monitor traffic and conversions.

Data Sharing We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties outside of what is required to operate the program.

Data Retention We retain your data for as long as your affiliate account is active, plus 12 months following termination for accounting purposes.
